These high-capacity 50MB discs come complete with a full colour glossy laser label and are economical for print runs of between 50 to 3000 discs. These discs are ideal if your label design includes a wide range of colours or very fine details as the print resolution is higher than the silk screen process at 600dpi. These 50MB discs can also be supplied labelled, but as blank CD-Rs for you to burn your own files onto.

Silk screen printed CD business cards
These discs have a capacity of 45MB and the artwork printed directly onto the disc using a silkscreen process and are only available for print runs of over 2000 units due to the high setup costs for the printing. This type of printing is used on standard audio CDs and is suited to simpler designs with a limited number of colours. The data is pressed onto the CDs rather than burnt on and so these discs cannot be supplied as blank discs for you to burn your own files onto.
